Introducing the world to new and emerging fashion designers.
About Reia Showroom

Elsa has the unique talent of identifying gaps in the market and creating innovative opportunities. She started ‘Leggings’ which was the first hosiery-only boutique in North America; it garnered awards and a feature in Vogue US.

This was followed by another first, Accessity, a boutique that introduced accessory brands into the retail market. It became the preferred launch pad for these companies.

In her post-retail career, she started Reia Studio, a women’s RTW showroom.  Elsa used her keen eye to spot talent and connect them to major department stores and retailers across North America. In addition, she created private label brands for notable retailers including Holt Renfrew, TJ Maxx and Beauty Boutique by Shoppers Drug Mart.

She also saw an untapped opportunity in Warehouse Sample Sales. A precursor to ‘pop-up shops’, Elsa would host multi-brand three-day events, building up a following and demand that hadn't existed before.

Elsa continues to be a fashion ambassador. She‘s lectured at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), The International Academy of Design and Humber College, as well as judged the CAFA Awards.

Elsa’s role in ops.1335 is to direct Fashion.  She will leverage her diverse knowledge, expertise and connections to establish a platform that will engage industry experts, challenge norms and bring awareness of the industry and its challenges to a consumer audience.

In addition, she will introduce the world to new, emerging designers.
